Sacha is the Co-Founder & CEO at EXCO- The Customer Experience Company, a company she recently started based on her passion for and understanding of the importance of Customer Experience as a key differentiator and growth driver for businesses today.
Previously, she was Director of Consumer Insights, Marketing Director, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Digicel Trinidad & Tobago.
Sacha spent the early part of her career in advertising and marketing focusing on leading local and international brands like Coca- Cola, Johnson & Johnson and Nestle where she was responsible for developing regional campaigns and first to market consumer promotion moves. Sacha then enjoyed a ten (10) year career within the Digicel Group in varying roles –Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, COO and CEO. As CEO she was responsible for all of Digicel’s operations within Trinidad and Tobago across its Mobile, Business Solutions, Broadband, TV and Digital Media platforms. Along the way, she championed and lead game changing moves, including the launch of Trinidad’s first 4G network, Fibre-to-the-Home technology, the company’s re-brand, and the first Customer Experience and Voice of the Customer programmes.
