Roxanne John is a public servant with the Government of St.Vincent and the Grenadines since September 2003. She currently manages a World Bank-funded regional ICT programme-Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP). Internet governance, internet exchange point (IXP), internet security in the Caribbean is her focus.
She is the founder and president of Internet Society St. Vincent and the Grenadines Chapter. An ARIN39 fellow for ARIN 39 an ICANN60 Fellow.
