The only Certified-Gallup Strengths Coach and ICAgile Member Organization in Jamaica, Lianne is the COO of One on One Educational Services Limited- an EdTech Company. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Youth Can Do IT (YCDI)- a youth empowerment organization that is geared towards equipping and empowering youth with the right skills and tools needed to turn their dreams into reality. Additionally, Lianne is the Chief Performance Coach of Right Mindset Institute (RMI). Lianne is driven by and passionate about creating high-performing cultures and empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to maximize their potential.
