Dr. Leanne Metcalfe is Vice President of Enterprise Data and Analytics at Pathway Vet Alliance. She is a data and analytics expert in both the human and animal health fields. With experience in pharmacy, provider, insurance, and now veterinary health, she has been able to use her unique perspective to drive innovation, inform local and federal policy and improve outcomes. Dr Metcalfe is the inaugural recipient of the Dallas “Hidden Figures” award, Stevens Young Achiever Award, a Rhodes Scholar finalist, and a former George’s Family Foundation Health Research Fellow.
Her research work has been recognized by the US Chamber of Commerce for consecutive years with innovations leading to improved quality of health for asthma, Crohn’s disease, and breast cancer patients. Academically, Dr. Metcalfe has published in multiple journals and presented research findings across the country influencing health policy and new clinical innovations. She is a strong believer in community service and mentorship and has served on the board of Susan G. Komen in Dallas.
