Jennifer is the Regional Coordinator and Lead Technical Adviser on ICT for Development (ICT4D) fat the CARICOM Secretariat. She has over 20 years of experience in IT/ICT and her focus is on empowering women and youth through ICT; Socio-economic research in ICT, Information design and organisation, coaching, Meeting management, teaching herself Spanish.
She is an Advocate for inclusive participation of Women and youth in the Digital economy, ICT in Education and digital issues related to SIDS;
Co-founder of Caribbean Women in ICT (CWIC) with CANTO; the Focal point for CARICOM Girls in ICT partnership
