Giselle is the Founder of Sonaaar is a digital platform that connects Afro-European leaders and organisers of grassroots initiatives. She is a passionate engineer and has previously worked on a blockchain solution (Zingr) to facilitate cheaper and faster remittances from the diaspora to families in the Caribbean. She was previously UK Representative for G20 YEA and is a regular speaker at blockchain/tech conferences. Her journey and success will be inspirational to other women in tech.
She is an interdisciplinary technologist with 10+ years of experience building, designing and managing the delivery of technology solutions for consulting clients, Investment Banks, and startups.
Giselle is widely known for her activism around increasing the representation of Women and minorities in Entrepreneurship and Technology in London. In her spare time, she works on Tech For Good initiatives. She also regularly mentors and judges at Tech Accelerators in the UK and across Europe.
