Nadeen Matthews Blair is the Founder and CEO of Crescent Advisory Group, which provides AI and digital transformation advisory and AI education across the Caribbean, the United States and Africa. She spent over 20 years at McKinsey & Company, JPMorgan Chase and NCB Jamaica, where she launched the English-speaking Caribbean's first agile software development lab and introduced AI-powered solutions in banking. She sits on Jamaica's National AI Task Force and chairs the Jamaica Artificial Intelligence Association Advisory Board.
